Starters

Honey Roasted Parsnip and Thyme Soup – A silky textured soup blended with crème fraiche, topped with a Cheddar cheese crouton. Served with a bread roll and butter
Roasted Duck Pâté – A rich duck pâté with candied orange pieces and orange liqueur. Served with a spiced cranberry and orange chutney, toasted bloomer bread and butter
King Prawn Cocktail – King prawns with a Marie Rose sauce and a twist of lemon and lime. Served with rustic bloomer bread and butter
Somerset Brie, Caramelised Onion and Cranberry Chutney Tart (v) – With a dressed salad garnish

Mains

Roast Turkey – Hand carved by our chefs, served with sage and onion stuffing, a pig in a blanket, bread sauce and cranberry sauce
Traditional Roast Beef – Served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce
Salmon with Caper and Red Pepper Sauce – A grilled salmon fillet with a roasted red pepper and tomato sauce, capers and an aniseed flavoured liqueur
Duck with Pomegranate and Juniper – Duck breast with a pomegranate sauce, flavoured with sloe gin and juniper berries
Butternut Squash and Spinach Nut Roast (v) – Roasted butternut squash with spinach, almonds and hazelnuts, topped with sherry glazed sliced mushrooms


All mains courses courses are served with new and roast potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

Desserts

Christmas Pudding (v) – Served with brandy sauce
Chocolate Orange Brownie (v) – A chewy brownie infused with Sicilian orange oil, topped with a sticky orange glaze and finished with chocolate orange segments. Served with vanilla flavoured ice cream
Marc De Champagne Mousse (v) – Crisp Charlotte ripple sponge filled with pink Marc de Champagne mousse and a hidden centre of raspberry compote.  Served with cream
St. Clements Bell – Light citrus orange mousse with a zesty lemon filling, set on a lemon cookie and dusted with sweet snow. Served with vanilla flavoured ice cream
